社團成立與改選 Establishment and re-election of clubs

■ 法規

臺北市立大學社團活動輔導要點

■ 目的

為輔導學生社團活動,增廣學習、培養學生自治精神、領導能力、關懷社區與人文。

■ 社團成立程序

  1. 社團成立大會2週前,提送相關資料。
  2. 社團成立大會當日
    • 本校學生發起人15人以上參與。
    • 完成社團組織章程審查。
    • 完成選舉社長議程。
  3. 社團大會結束後,於學生事務會議前1個月提交資料。

社團改選

每學年第2學期末前2個月內,請將社團改選資料送至課外活動組,逾期或未送資料之社團,將酌減下一學年經費補助

 

 

  Regulations

「University of Taipei Regulations for the Supervision of Student Club Activities」

  Objective

These Regulations are adopted in order to encourage students to participate in club activities, enhance their interest in learning, improve their autonomous, cultivate potential leaders, give attention to community and humanities.

 Procedures of Starting A Club

  1. Be submitted with the following documents prior 14 days before convene an inaugural general meeting.
    • An application and registration form for establishment of a student clue, and the club organizer appoint persons roster
    • A draft organization charter for the club
    • Information regarding the club's supervising instructor
  2.  The inaugural general meeting of club
    • More than 15 people participate including the club organizer appoint persons.
    • Pass the organization charter for the club checkup.
    • Complete the agenda of elected a club leader.
  3. After the inaugural general meeting of club, be submitted with the following documents prior 1 month before convene an student affairs meeting.
    • A proposal form of establishing a student club
    • An application and registration form of a club organization
    • The club charter that was adopted
    • Information regarding the club's supervising instructor
    • A copy of the minutes of the inaugural general meeting
    • Annual activity plans

★ Changes in Club Officers

A documents of changes in club officers must be done by submitting to DSA within prior 2 month before end of second semester.

Overdue submitting or unpaid the following documents, the DSA may cancel subsidies to the club for one academic year.

  • A list of names of new club officers
  • The club charter that was adopted
  • Property handover inventory
  • Contents of the club guildbook
