寒暑假營隊申請專區 Winter and summer vacation camp area
一、營隊的運作流程
- 申請
- 尋找服務合作學校，與服務學校確認合作細節，以明責任。
- 學校申請 (填寫營隊申請表、加入群組、校外活動申請表、活動注意事項切結書、保險)。
- 教育部、基金會經費申請。
- 上營
- 核銷
- 請務必閱讀 營隊結案與核銷大小事。
- 請於開學後兩週內繳交單據、結案報告與收支表、社團/系所存摺影本 (單據不得跨年度核銷)。
二、申請說明
- 學校申請：請於出發前至少前兩週完成。

- 教育部、基金會經費申請
- 企畫書文件應載內容可參考教育部補助大專校院辦理教育優先區中小學生營隊活動要點。
- 有關符合教育優先區之中小學校，請務必先規劃服務名單，並向當地教育局／處確認後，再聯繫中小學洽談服務事宜；以免不符補助原則，申請不予通過。
三、營隊調查表 (必填)
為更了解同學寒暑假服務性營隊之申請與需求，以提供必要之協助，請有意申請服務的同學，依下列時程填寫本線上表單：
- 暑期服務：最晚於當年度4月10日前填寫。
- 寒假服務：最晚於前一年度10月20日前填寫。
有任何疑問請逕洽課外活動組，逾期未填寫，以致自身權益受損者，請自行負責。

I. The Operation Process of the Camp
- Application
- Find a service partner school and confirm the cooperation details to clarify responsibilities.
- School Application (Fill in the camp application form, join the group, extramural activity application form, activity precautions letter of undertaking, insurance).
- Apply for funding from the Ministry of Education and foundations.
- Go to Camp
- Verification & Reimbursement
- Be sure to read the Camp Closure and Write-off guidelines.
- Please submit the receipts, case closing report, income/expenditure statement, and a copy of the club/department passbook within two weeks after the semester begins. (Receipts cannot be dated from a different fiscal year).
II. Application Description
- School Application: Please complete at least two weeks before departure.

- Letter of Undertaking for Activity Precautions
- Copy of the insurance policy receipt
- Ministry of Education & Foundation Funding Application
- Only one subsidy can be applied for from the Ministry of Education. Please choose between the Priority Area Program and the Youth Development Administration incentive grant.
- Please submit your application to the Extracurricular Activities Division at least two weeks before the foundation's deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
- For all applications, please submit the required forms and proposals according to their respective regulations.
For proposal content requirements, please refer to the "MOE Guidelines for Subsidizing Colleges to Conduct Camps for Primary/Secondary School Students in Education Priority Areas."
Regarding schools in education priority areas, please confirm the list with the local Education Bureau before contacting the school to ensure eligibility.
III. Camp Survey Form (Required)
To better assist with student service camps, please fill out this online form according to the following schedule:
- Summer Camps: Submit by April 10th of the same year.
- Winter Camps: Submit by October 20th of the preceding year.
Please contact the Extracurricular Activities Division with any questions. You are responsible for any loss of rights due to late submission.

*For Wu Foundation, Tianhou Temple, and Longshan Temple, please submit a complete proposal before the deadline as there are no fixed forms.
