一、營隊的運作流程
- 申請
- 尋找服務合作學校，與服務學校確認合作細節，以明責任。
- 學校申請 (填寫營隊申請表+加入群組、校外活動申請表、活動注意事項切結書、保險)
- 教育部、基金會經費申請
- 上營
- 核銷
- 請務必閱讀營隊結案與核銷大小事
- 請於開學後兩週內繳交單據、結案報告與收支表、社團/系所存摺影本 (單據不得跨年度核銷)
二、申請說明
- 學校申請：請於出發前至少前兩週完成
- 線上營隊申請表
- 校外活動申請表及參與人員名冊
- 活動注意事項切結書
- 保單收據影本
- 教育部、基金會經費申請
- 企畫書文件應載內容可參考教育部補助大專校院辦理教育優先區中小學生營隊活動要點
- 有關符合教育優先區之中小學校，請務必先規劃服務名單，並向當地教育局／處確認後，再聯繫中小學洽談服務事宜；以免不符補助原則，申請不予通過。
三、營隊調查表 (必填)
為更了解同學寒暑假服務性營隊之申請與需求，以提供必要之協助
請有意於暑期申請服務的同學，最晚於當年度4月10日前，填寫本線上表單。
請有意申請寒假請服務的同學，最晚於前年度10月20日前，填寫本線上表單。

I.The operation process of the battalion
- Application
- Find a service partner school and confirm the details of the cooperation with the service school to clarify the responsibilities.
- School Application (Fill in the camp application form + join the group, extramural activity application form, activity precautions and letter of conclusion, insurance).
- Application for funding from the Ministry of Education and foundations.
- Go to camp
- Verification
- Be sure to read Camp Closure and Write-off.
- Please submit the receipts, case closing report and income and expenditure statement, and copies of the passbook deposited by the club/department within two weeks after the start of the semester (documents cannot be written off across years).
II.Application Description
- School application: Please complete at least 2 weeks before departure.
- Application for funding from the Ministry of Education and foundations.
- Only one subsidy can be applied for from the Ministry of Education, please choose one of the priority districts and the HKEDD incentive grant.
- Please apply to the Extracurricular Activities Team at least two weeks before the Foundation's application deadline. (If there is no deadline, please ask the extracurricular activities team)
- Regardless of the application of the Ministry of Education or the Foundation, please submit the application form and proposal according to the regulations.
- The content of the planning book document can refer to the key points of the Ministry of Education's subsidy for colleges and universities to handle the camp activities of primary and secondary school students in the education priority area.
- At present, the list of education priority areas is only published until the 105th school year, it is recommended to plan the service list first, confirm with the local education bureau/office, and then contact the primary and secondary schools to negotiate service matters; In order not to conform to the principle of subsidy, the application will not be approved.
III.Camp Application Form (required)
In order to better understand the application and needs of students' winter and summer service camps, and provide necessary assistance
Students who are interested in applying for the service during the summer vacation should fill in this online form no later than April 10 of the current year.
Students who are interested in applying for the winter vacation service are requested to fill in this online form no later than October 20 of the previous year.
If you have any questions, please contact the extracurricular activities team, if you have not filled in the form within the time limit, so that your own rights and interests are damaged, please be responsible for yourself.
